Spanish research to receive funding boost
Article Abstract:
Spain is planning to increase spending on research and development to 1.2% of gross national product, during the next four years. The increased spending is incorporated in a national plan on R&D, which will be achieved via slow and sustained increases in public investment in research. The program covers basic and applied research, including astrophysics, particle physics and thermonuclear physics.
