Stem-cell tagging shows flaws
Article Abstract:
The US researchers stated that biologist have overlooked problems with a decades-old technique for making cells, where their findings call into question some studies of adult stem cells. The dispute is the part of ongoing and heated debate within the stem cell extracted from one tissue, such as bone marrow, could spawn the cell types of a different tissues, and so be used to repair damage caused by disease.

In search of a miracle
Article Abstract:
Scientists are working on the spinal cord regeneration of a paralyzed person to help him to walk. Due to the positive outcome of the work done by these scientists paralyzed patients place too much faith in these preliminary inconclusive results.

Monkey virus may be cleared of cancer link
Article Abstract:
Laboratory contamination has provided needless support to the contentious idea that a monkey virus causes certain types of cancer. Studies were conducted to investigate the issue and as a result two contradictory results were obtained.
