Survival and cause-specific mortality of red foxes in agricultural and urban areas of Illinois
Article Abstract:
Using radio telemetry data from 335 foxes their mortality causes and survival in urban and rural areas of Illinois were examined. Results concluded that mange was the most common source of mortality of urban foxes as well as coyote predation has effectively replaced hunting mortality.

The study report of the precision and accuracy of an infrared burrow scope for detecting sooty shearwater (Puffinus griseus) chicks from 3 islands in southern New Zealand in 2003 is presented.
