BMP7 inhibits branching morphogenesis in the prostate gland and interferes with Notch signaling
Article Abstract:
Studies show that Bone Morphogenetic Protein 7 (BMP7) restricts the number of high Notch1/Hes1 activity domains and inhibits prostate epithelium branching morphogenesis. A mouse model is presented.
