Genes and mechanisms related to RNA interference regulate expression of the small temporal RNAs that control C. elegans developmental timing
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the gene silencing phenomenon RNAi which can be triggered by the double-stranded RNA. The inactivation of genes related to the RNAi pathway genes has been carried out and the heterochronic phenotypes produced by this inactivation have been examined and discussed.

On the role of RNA amplification in dsRNA-triggered gene silencing
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the trigger RNA amplification. The effect of this amplification on the RNA interference in Caenorhabditis elegans has been investigated and the results indicate that the amplification mechanism augments the RNA interference-based surveillance potency.
