A theory of team coaching
Article Abstract:
A new model with three distinguishing features on team coaching is proposed. The model focuses on the functions that coaching serves for a team, identifies the specific times when coaching interventions are likely to occur while performing a task and highlights the conditions under which team-focused coaching is and is not likely to facilitate performance.
