Approaches to manufacturing regeneration: some empirical data
Article Abstract:
Management studies have shown that companies often have similar strategic aims and objectives even though they approach them in different ways. The implementation of strategy is often difficult to achieve, particularly when attempting to improve working practices and structures. Companies often aim to become more competitive in an increasingly aggressive marketplace. Skills are sometimes uncovered whilst undergoing the process of change.

Corporate financial distress and turnaround strategies: an empirical analysis
Article Abstract:
A study of strategies for corporate turnaround from financial distress is discussed with emphasis on their effectiveness. The strategies of 166 potentially bankrupt United Kingdom firms were examined empirically and key factors such as timing were explored.
