List makers join the e-boom
Article Abstract:
Horan Hall and Walker (HWW), list brokers of entertainment, consumer finance, and real estate, will be floated as an Internet stock. HWW is valued at about $20 million and will offer about one-third of its equity to the public. Unlike other Internet floats, HWW has an established business. In 1997-98, revenue was $1.58 million and pre-tax, pre-interest earnings were $492,000. HWW supplies content lists to publishers, broadcasters, and Internet service providers.
