Former Bank of America Corp. broker Theodore Sihpol is being tried in a criminal court for grand larceny involving after hours trading of mutual fund shares for Canary Capital Partners. Restitution was made by Bank of America Corp. in a United States Securities and Exchange Commission investigation.

Visa USA settles debit-card suit in $2 billion pact
