Call-back services are discounting their prices and intend to speed up and make more convenient the cumbersome call-back process which requires a person to dial a number, hang-up and wait for a computer to give him a dial tone. Companies such as StarTelecom provides two-digit numbers to customers' frequently called numbers. California-based Justice Technology Corp. offers a device called Least Cost Router which routes calls either through call-back or Postal Services, Telecommunications and Tourism.

SBC is expected to accelerate high-speed push
