Chemopetrol extends production
Article Abstract:
Chemopetrol (Litvinov, Czech Republic), chemical company, should extend its production markedly in the next few years. The company plans two investment projects worth more than 8 bil Kc. One of them will be the increase of polyethylene production to 320,000 t per year. The other project will be the construction of a new polypropylene unit with a capacity of 250,000 t per year. One third of the total investment will be financed by Chemopetrol and the remaining part should be covered from a syndicated loan.

Chemopetrol receives public support
Article Abstract:
Chemopetrol (Litvinov, Czech Republic), petrochemical company, received a permission for public support in the form of an investment incentive in the autumn of 2000. The investment incentive, the maximum limit of which is CEK 2.95 bil, is related to Chemopetrol's projects in the Most region, Czech Republic. The total worth of the projects is about CEK 7.99 bil.
