China Southern may ascend
Article Abstract:
China Southern Airlines Co.'s stock value has declined by more than 80% from its highest level although there are expectations that the stock's value could increase again. The company's stocks have been unattractive to investors due to the Asian regional economic crisis and the price war that is happening between China's domestic airlines. The two factors have contributed to the losses that have been recorded by the company. The declining stock value of the company also comes after its initial public offering in which its shares were oversubscribed.

The two tools are both made in Taiwan and enable users to write Chinese characters, giving users greater writing flexibility. Both products were first tested on a 486 laptop running at 66 Mhz with both Chinese and English Windows 3.1 and then on a Pentium desktop running at 133 Mhz and loaded with Windows 95 software.

Savings programs help build portfolios in tough times
Article Abstract:
Investment managers are suggesting to clients to put their money into investment savings plans. Also known as dollar-cost-averaging products, investment savings allocate monthly a fixed amount of investment in mutual funds instead of investing a large amount in a single activity. Companies offer investment planning into the money market, stocks and bonds. Investors need to deposit monthly a fixed amount of about $103 to $388 and pay front-end fees of 4.55 for every deposit.
