Article Abstract:
The Indonesian manufacturer of plastic parts and packaging PT Dynaplast will be the first company in Jakarta to buy back its shares if shareholders approve at the annual meeting on June 22, 1999. It has already officially informed the Jakarta Stock Exchange of its play to buy back approximately 10% of total outstanding shares. Management of the company appears to be sound but analysts remain cautious, suggesting that it might not be the best time for the buy back.
