Article Abstract:
Pressures on the Western world to reduce greenhouse emissions and to introduce tough measures for commercial and domestic users for energy consumption will result in the greater use of natural gas, which is both clean and efficient. Gas has also been assisted by deregulation of the energy markets, encouraging investment in both infrastructure and technological advancements.

A ruse by any other name
Article Abstract:
UK government borrowing regulations for publicly funded projects often result in major private/public initiatives costing more then if they were funded by just public means only. This borrowing complication makes public/private initiatives incompatible with the business community and should deter private companies entering into an arrangement to become involved in such an intitiative.
