CDR HEALTH CARE
Article Abstract:
CDR Health Care has registered a loss of Rs4.08 crore on a total income of Rs10.63 crore in 1997-98. This was because its concept of running multi-speciality hospitals failed to take off and it incurred higher interest costs. The company had loans worth Rs24.85 crore for the year ended March 1998 resulting in a debt- equity ratio of close to 3. Its scrip was last quoted at Rs2 at the bourses on June 17, 1998. (khr)
