European Airlines Face WMD-Insurance Problem

European Union airlines are facing worries trying to obtain standard insurance for their carriers with the threat of terrorist attacks. As negotiations start many insurers are refusing to issue insurance. According to European Union regulations and the International Air Transport Association commercial aircraft cannot operate unless insured for third-party liability.
