Hotels test new services
Article Abstract:
Hyatt Regency has made its WorldRoom Connect high-speed Internet service available in hotels located in Singapore, Manila, Philippines, and Hong Kong, where it is also offering videoconferencing services. The Internet service is in cooperation with I-Quest Corp of Hong Kong, a startup that markets itself as a service provider. The service, which includes 24-hour technical support, is available at Hyatt hotels for HK$100 ($13) a day.
