David Souter has finally taken a stand on abortion rights with the release of his opinion on the recent case affirming Pennsylvania's right to restrict abortion. The quiet conservative candidate kept his opinions quiet during the confirmation hearings. He does not feel Roe vs. Wade should be overturned.
