New dredge system on Welsh mussel harvester
Article Abstract:
Netherlands based Maaskant shipyards has built 'LoliPop', a 21 metre mussel dredger for Myti Mussels of North Wales. The design and construction of the fishing vessel is described, and the new dredging system is discussed. Various electrical and electronic equipments installed on the ship are also described.
