SEPI to sell remaining state assets this year

Spain's Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) is confidently proceeding with its privatization program. The organization, which is Spain's state holding company, has announced that it is prepared to launch a last set of deals. Privatizations could bring $3 billion worth of fresh capital to Spain's equity markets in coming months. About $16 billion in state assets have been disposed of by SEPI.
