Search and destroy
Article Abstract:
Executive search firms are seeking to raise capial and use computers in new ways. Some companies are considering stock market listings, though this could affect long-term relationships that can be developed more easily with partnerships. Usage of computers can speed up the time taken to search for candidates, but the process of evaluation is also important and should not be neglected. Some firms are also choosing to specialize and competition may increase between generalists and specialists.
