The show goes on
Article Abstract:
The future of Cambridge Arts Theatre seems secure following extensive refurbishment work. The architectural firm which won the contract for the refurbishment, Bland, Brown and Cole, was already familiar with the site through earlier work to gain extra space there. The original feel of the auditorium has been retained by ensuring that new technology is not visible, while conditions both front and back of house have been greatly improved. Only minimal changes have been made to the exterior of the theatre.
