Article Abstract:
The anti-drug campaign initiated by the Thai government resulted in at least 310 drug related killings, raising human rights concerns. However the government maintained that most of the killings were amongst the drug dealers to silence the informers. The government set a budget of $ 9.4 million in 2003 for drug control.
