Lai Sun Development has offered its Tycoon Place at discount rate as much as 28% to HK$4,056 per sq ft. Total 20 units are offered in Tai Po. The company pinpointed the high-quality materials, sea-view and high efficiency flat ratio of its flats. The price cut was due to its own reasons. On the other hand, Cheung Kong Holdings may consider to cut its Paramount to HK$4,000 per sq ft after Tycoon Place cut prices. *

Giants to continue flat sales

Henderson Land will launch its new flats at the second and third phase of Metro City in Tseung Kwan O despite of poor market condition in early September. The offering price is HK$3,500 per sq.ft. The total cost of the residential project is HK$1,600 per sq.ft. only. Another developer Cheung Kong (Holdings) will also launch its flats at the second phase of Laguna Verde in Hung Hom and Paramount in Taipo. *
