An exploratory investigation of consumer decision making for selected professional and nonprofessional services
Article Abstract:
An analysis of selection techniques of consumers with regards to services industries reveals that source of information, location and price dominate the selection process. These attributes vary between professional and nonprofessional services but remain the primary selection criteria. The study supports earlier research work on consumer behavior but maintains that further studies should be conducted along this line.
