Contractors warned to curb costs of ships
Article Abstract:
The contractors engaged in ship and submarine building are warned to reduce the cost of production due to the deficit in the budget for maintenance and constructions of fleet. The options chosen by the Navy are to build ships with regard to the key parameters with less and minimum hardware required to combat warfare and providing of stabilized dependable future orders to the contractors as their orders are blamed by contractors to be unwary and erratic.
