Northrop Grumman announces flurry of deals

Northrop Grumman Corporation has announced a bunch of deals with Navy, Army, Air Force and others. The company has landed a $208 million deal with Navy, $22 million contract with the Special Operations Command, and a $9 million deal to supply Lockheed Martin Corporation with additional navigational systems for the Air Force's F/A-22 Raptor program.

Bell, Boeing, to battle over $2.4 billion army copter contract

Bell 407 and The Boeing Co. are in tough competition with each other over the Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter (ARH) contract to be awarded in July 2005. The strategies of both these competitors with respect to the expected contest and their product features are discussed.
