The ergonomics of different tyres and tyre pressure during wheelchair propulsion
Article Abstract:
A study is conducted to find out whether the new solid tyres perform better or the pneumatic tyres work better on wheelchair with certain amount of tyre pressure. However, the results indicate that the merits of pneumatic tyres are much more than those of solid tyres in relation with cost in time to sustain sufficient tyre inflation.
