Danish newspaper's e-mails, readers panel boost loyalty

EkstraBladet, a Denmark based newspaper agency introduced a new marketing technique of using e-mails to gauge readers' opinions and created a panel of readers. The newspaper enhanced its services as well the newspaper circulation in the declining newspaper marketusing this methodology.
