The company is a provider of customer relations management (CRM) services, with outbound telesales accounting for more than 50% of its business. It offers CRM services to insurance companies, financial services firms, IT and telecommunications companies. Healthcare is a fast-growing sector of ICT's business, with the company signing a three-year deal with Pfizer in Mar 2001.

EverSystems readies one-stop financial management

EverSystems, a banking technology provider, is preparing for the launch of EV Aggregator, an online account management service. The company is marketing the service to global commercial banks such as Citiban and Bank of America and also plans to target online brokerage firms. It is planning to offer the service in Latin America by the fall and expand to the US by yearend 2001. The initial rollout is planned for Mexico.
