Insiders, at chicken processing plants have come up with shocking revelations that raw chicken is being repacked, redated and sold in supermarkets without the knowledge of the stores. There is, shockingly, no law against this practice that is being regularly followed by all chicken processors which leads one to ask how fresh are fresh food but more importantly better methods to improve shelf-life will have to devised and more stringent laws will have to be in place to ensure that customers really get what they see.
