Liquidity flows and fragility of business enterprises
Article Abstract:
A macroeconomic model is developed in which funds are channeled to entrepreneurs through long-term relationships between entrepreneurs and lenders. If the flow of funds to a relationship is low, it may cause a break up due to insufficient liquidity.

Adaptive expectations, underparameterization and the Lucas critique
Article Abstract:
Bounded rationality is modeled using simple adaptive expectations. Implication of Lucas critique of replacing adaptive expectations with rational expectations, on monetary policy is also analyzed.
