Does lying naked in a coffin help you to win the White House?
Article Abstract:
An analysis of the history and influence of Yale University's Skull and Bones Society, a secret society to which both current US President George W. Bush and Democrat Presidential contender John Kerry belong. Not a lot can be discerned about the society as journalists have never managed to infiltrate it and, in its 172 year history, no member has given a proper interview. However, it is known that as of 1999 the society had declared assets of US$4.1 mil and an annual income of US$790,000.

US loves a home truths kinda guy
Article Abstract:
Niall Ferguson, a British historian who left the United Kingdom in 2002 and moved to the United States, gives his opinion of the state of America. Ferguson analyses why the US is not better at imperialism, arguing that the US is, in fact, an empire in denial, and that, as a result of an inherent attention deficit disorder, finds itself unable to do what is right for more than a few months at a time.
