The provincial privacy commissioner of British Columbia, Canada ordered the University of British Columbia to release a confidential contract between the university and Coca-Cola Bottling Ltd. Under the terms of the ten-year contract, the university agreed to give exclusive soft-drink rights to Coca-Cola in return for C$8.5 million.

Article Abstract:
Issues relating to the side effects of certain drugs are presented, with the specific view that those which increase the risk of suicide should carry a warning. It appears that drugs manufacturers are resisting the inclusion of such warnings since studies using them have shown a significant loss in sales.
