Benjamin Franklin a man of humble Boston roots understood the toils of average citizen, he sustained the power to amuse and inspire people with his provincial wit, which is evidenced best by the enormous popularity of his published annual edition of Poor RichardEs Almanack. Even after a life of magnanimous achievement Franklin has maintained 'a tang of soil'.

War crimes trials: the individual defendant
Article Abstract:
The allegations that international criminal trials are only legalistic exercises that cloak a victor's justice rather than forums for an equality of arms between the accused and the prosecution that can provide even-handed justice is investigated. Several cases involving criminal defendants decided by international courts are analyzed.
