Time and notion
Article Abstract:
Ilya Prigogine is a physicist who works at the Free University of Brussels and has received a Nobel prize. He argues that time precedes existence, a view that is in contrast to that of Einstein. He argues that Einstein was more of a pessimist because he lived through fascism, the Holocaust, and other terrible events. Prigogine's theory relating to dissipating structures was supported by the discovery of chemical clocks in 1968, and this gave credibility to his work.
