Article Abstract:
The graduation ceremony organiser for York University analyses university graduation ceremonies and the amount of organisation required for them to go ahead without too many problems. It is noted that while graduations may only take place for a day or two, the amount of organisation involved is large and that at no other time does somebody have to not only make sure that students, parents and faculty are all in the same place at the same time, but that they are well dressed as well.

An evaluation of the graduation ceremony at Brighton University. The standard of the ceremony as a whole is praised, although there are some minor issues and the UKPd12 charge to attend the ceremony is criticised.
