Brucellosis: a widespread public health problem
Article Abstract:
Brucellosis is probably one of the most widespread of the zoonoses diseases. Brucellosis can be prevented by either eliminating, or at least lowering the rate of, the disease in animals. The disease is usually transmitted to humans though milk or milk products or though direct contact with cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, camels, buffaloes, wild ruminants, and seals.

Midwives make childbirth safer
Article Abstract:
Midwifery is used in many areas of the world to aid in the childbirth process. In 1972, a definition of the midwife was formally agreed by several agencies including the World Health Organization. Midwives in many nations have striven to increase their knowledge and skills in order to become as effective as is possible.
