EU recruits - who needs them most?
Article Abstract:
The author believes that the National Health Service would be wrong to actively recruit nurses from Eastern Europe. The health care standards and nurses training in Eastern Europe lag behind British standards and most recruits will not qualify to be nurses and will wind up in low paying jobs as aides.
