Calf and hamstring muscles require higher repetition ranges, between 15 to 20, to force them to grow. Forgotten work-outs for these body-parts include the leg-press calf raise, standing one-legged calf raise, donkey calf raise, squatting calf raise, decline bench dumbbell leg curl, Romanian deadlift, weighted back extension and duck press.

Forgotten exercises for quads
Article Abstract:
Developing the quadriceps can be done using variations of the following exercises: squat, lunges, steps-up and leg extensions. Exercises for the quads must be done with the correct posture to effect quads' growth and avoid injury to the knees and back.
