A healthy person with normal blood pressure at age 55 has a 90 percent lifetime risk of eventually developing hypertension thus simple lifestyle choices, such eating habit, how active one is, and reducing excess weight, can influence the blood pressure and long-term health. Some measures to keep a safe level of blood pressure are, to maintain a healthy weight, get more physical activity, watch what one eat, reduce stress, and no smoking.

A sinus infection, sinusitis, is sometimes mistaken for a cold with symptoms of fever, fatigue, runny nose, sore throat and congestion. Sinusitis may last for weeks, months or years. It may be a harmless irritation or a serious infection of the bones or the brain. The infection is caused by something that blocks sinus drainage or prevents cilia for working property.
