Using post-take ward rounds to facilitate simple discharge
Article Abstract:
The evolution of simple discharge/transfer destination labels into a post-take ward round form is discussed. The main aim behind the effort is to improve the clarity of management plan and discharge/transfer decisions including an estimated length of stay on the post-take ward rounds taking place on the emergency admission wards.

Pre-op scheme reduces patient stays
Article Abstract:
The significance of a preoperative (pre-op) patient education program in reducing the patient stay at a nurse-led orthopaedic center is presented. Patients are provided individualized treatment programs, which has also helped in the reduction at the hospital.
