Fund management has always been a major challenge for the NHS management and financial staff, as it is difficult to keep abreast of funding changes in the health service. NHS's 'lean' initiative to obtain better value for money by reducing waste is the ethical and moral responsibility of all the staff for eliminating waste and increasing efficiency.

Survey highlights infection control issues facing nurses
Article Abstract:
A survey conducted gives a worrying insight into how nursing work environment increases infection risk. The main factors increasing the rise in infection are lack of cleaning staff, high number of hospital visitors, lack of hygiene, poor cleaning practices, high hospital bed occupancy rates and increased antibiotic prescribing.
