Expatriate learning: exploring how Japanese managers adapt in the United States
Article Abstract:
Two sets of survey, one is of 267 Japanese expatriates and another that surveyed 126 American managers, were analyzed to compare the adaptation techniques of managers in multinational corporations. It was observed that Japanese expatriates learn to adapt to their managerial roles more effectively over time compared to their American counterparts.

Article Abstract:
The impact of occupation, age and gender of Chinese managers and entrepreneurs in Taiwan, on work behavior, is examined. Behavioral questionnaires are used to study the work behavior.
