Human aspects in a quality management context and their effects on performance
Article Abstract:
A study on two aspects of quality management and its relationship with four human determinants, is presented. The four human determinants are empowerment, recognition, personnel policies and effects on employee. The two aspects are quality management are, importance of these determinants to quality management and better performance is directly related to better implementation of these determinants.

Broad-based employee financial participation in the European Union
Article Abstract:
The developments in broad-based financial participation of employees in their enterprises within the European Union are described. Special emphasis is given to types of employees share ownership and the relationship with the three other pillars of employee participation such as direct participation, representative participation and collective bargaining.
