Managerial skill utilization: work environment, gender, and training incentive
Article Abstract:
Ways to utilize managerial skill in work environment, as per gender and training incentives are represented. A research conducted both theoretically and practically stated that, female managers have good working environment and higher utilization of managerial skills than the male managers. In terms of reaching a high level of training performance, such interactive effect is more observed in a low incentive situation rather than a high incentive situation.
