The third annual report of Opportunity Now examines the initiatives and policies used by the United KingdomEs largest organizations to incorporate diversity into the workplace. The report finds that employers are becoming aware of the business benefits of taking action on diversity and equality, but more work is needed on the measurement of the impact of such changes.

Probation officers still face racism from colleagues
Article Abstract:
Chief inspector of probation made an investigation that says half of ethnic minority probation officers experience racism from their colleagues and external staff. Although the racism by the Asian probation officers has fallen sharply, the proportion of ethnic minority staff experiencing racism is depressingly unchanged.
