Hold on tight; as amusement park rides get wilder, lawsuits proliferate
Article Abstract:
The increase in lawsuits regarding amusement park accidents as the rides get wilder is discussed. The industry claims it does a good job of policing itself and no national regulation is needed. Some experts and plaintiffs in the suits claim accidents are underreported.
