Burger King's new leader hopes to restore gleam to crown
Article Abstract:
Burger King Corp's new CEO John Dasburg believes that he can restore the chain and the brand by capitalizing on the company's four strong assets, namely the Burger King brand, the Whopper, flame broiling and its franchisee system. According to Dasburg, this can be achieved by carefully managing the firm's capital investments, repairing relationships with franchisees and working toward a separation of Burger King from UK-based parent Diageo.
