WTO deal stalls on agricultural policy

International trade minister Pierre Pettigrew said that Europe's Common Agricultural Policy is hurting efforts to reach a World Trade Organization agreement. Pettigrew said that WTO is waiting for Europe to complete its agriculture reforms.
